Cups of Ambition are a wheel-thrown coffee mug series decorated with underglazes and image transfers. Me and my husband meticulously craft each mug combining traditional techniques with modern artistry.
With underglazes, we create a rich and vibrant color palette that adds depth and character to the mugs. The image transfers further enhance the design, allowing for intricate details, unique patterns and fun text to adorn the surface.

Each mug stands about 5” tall by 4” wide and holds approximately 16 oz. We ask that you allow 6-8 weeks to make and ship your coffee mugs unless we have this stocked in our downtown Truckee, CA store. Feel free to contact us for availability.
This coffee mug is crafted with Speckled Buff. A clay body that is is smooth textured. The color palette is perhaps best described as 'desert' or 'Southwest'. Speckled Buff falls into the brown/tan color range.
